Hello Guys,
I stumbled upon this:
http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=es&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.promopublimail.com%2Fvideominter%2Fvideominter.html
it is a device that is installed before a water meter, what it is supposed to do is remove air from water mains, which is billed as if it was water, and therefore reduce your water bill.
Haven't tried it, has anyone else heard of has any idea if they work?
they retail at about 150dlls
Regards
Fernando

Anything that saves money has to be good but I think that in most countries it would not be legal to fit anything before the meter as that pipework is the property of the supplier. In turn, I doubt the supplier would want to fit anything that reduced his revenue. :'( Interesting device though - thanks for sharing.
Tweakie.
