Ok I am currently running bobcad V. 21 with mach 3 and useing a sherline rotary table to run my 4 axis. I am interested in learning how to do some 3D inlays or ingraving in my pool cues. Can someone please explain how this can be accomplished..

It is not a simple thing to explain in a thread on a forum. You really need to do some research to find all the in's and out's, so to speak and then ask specific questions rather than just ask for an instructional.  :)
On the positive side there is some info here http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cnc+3d+pocketing&num=100&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=crN&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&prmd=vb&source=univ&tbs=vid:1&tbo=u&ei=aaXRTIPOOJCQjAeR6cyBDA&sa=X&oi=video_result_group&ct=title&resnum=4&ved=0CCoQqwQwAw
and there are many other websites regarding pockets in cylindrical work when you start to look.

Tweakie.

btw. nice machines you have for your cue's.
