Title: Need Help with my Atlas Knee Mill set up

I bought a 3 axis Atlas knee mill. Before I could get to the mans house to pick it up, he had it all taken apart. I did see it turn on and run at his house when I bought it. It is set up with the DRO system. My problem is that when I turn it on, and try to find "Home" it keeps telling me Z limit fault. This is a machine that I have never messed with before, so I am 100% lost. If someone could help or offer any suggestions, I would be very grateful. I can use the machine manually, but that is all. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Kenny, is the machine using Mach 3 software? If so, you should post this question in the "General Discussion" area of the forum. This area of the forum is for reporting Forum suggestions and problems.

If it does not pertain to Mach 3, I would try the CNCZone.com,, as there are many knowledgable people over there on rebuilding lathes.
