I want to make flash screen

But I don't know

how make flash screen and what program use make flash screen

There's no manual on how to do it.

Your best bet is to read every post here and watch the flash video tutorials. There are sample files here you can download and learn from, or even copy and paste.

You'll need a copy of Flash. I'm using CS3, but I don't know what other versions will work.

Good luck. You have a steep learning curve ahead.
