I like that. It should work. I will look at the site later and read some more. If it will we could do some neat stuff with it.

It looked pretty promising to me I hope it works.
I been looking at them on ebay for a week or so and have been tempted to buy one but haven't dared
.Ididn't know if it would be too bulky or if it might have too many buttons .
I think I'm going to take chance on one from Egghead.
Thats the cheapest I've seen them , most of them on ebay have been averaging around $44.00 after shipping is included.
They were all buy it now sales , some with prices like egghead but with ridiculous shipping and the one seller with reasonable shipping wanted $36.95 for it .
Chao keep us posted ....Bob

I ordered one of these looks like it might work. It has a increase volume decrease volume buttons but are both mapped to #256 in windows but they do work. They will increase and decrease thwe volume of my speakers . Would there be anyway to remap them so they could be used to increase or decrease the jog rate or feed rate?

Hello Bob,
I got a Cyber Snipa today. Keygrabber does not recognize mine. Have you had any luck?

Hi Chao mine worked great It was recognized by my pc as a keyboard not an hid device every button is just as it is on a regular keyboard. Hope you can get yours working.
I haven't actually used it yet, as I'm still assembling my drives and power supplies but soon I hope ....Bob

Hi Brett
Did you ever get this working?
I just got my router going a few weaks ago and haven't really had the time to fool with it .
If I could get mine to jog my axis around I'd be happy .
I've read the keygrabber section from the modifications manual but I didn't see anything that specificaly mentioned the codes for jogging each axis .
what I would like to do is map the arrows on the cyber snipa to the jog buttons on the jog control in mach can you tell me what those are or how to do it ?
Thanks Bob

Hey Bob,
I haven't had time to play with it. :( The hot keys for joging are, x arrows left and right, y arrows up and down, z page up and page down keys. I hope that helps some. I might get a chance to play some the end of this week. I'll keep watching to see if you get it sorted.

Thanks Brett
I was able to get it to jog all three axis for me thru the system hotkeys I was originally under the impression that it had to be mapped thru keygrabber but then I remembered that it was recognized by the keygrabber as a keyboard so I mapped the jog hot keys to the six blue buttons in the center of the snipa works pretty good I just gotta get a longer usb cable now .
