Title: Mach3 licensing and upgrades...

I am working on a new maching that has been in development for so time and recently re-downloaded the most recent version of the software.  When I downloaded and installed the software it doesn't appear to have carried over our licensewith it from the old version is this normal? Is there a registration record of licenses, as I don't have any documentation of it from my predecessor in this job?

If you know who the licence was registered to then Scott should be able to help,
Send an email to license@machsupport.com with the details.

It is not normal for a licence to be lost during an upgrade unless you deleted all the contents of the Mach3 folder on your drive. Might be worth doing a search of the computer for Mach1Lic.dat as that is your licence file.
