Title: Changing a comma to an apostrophe
Post by: Waste Of Space on April 24, 2010, 10:00:11 PM
Using the program written by German Bravo that is included within Mach3, I wanted to put an apostrophe into a name. The actual program does not allow for this; it does however have the ability to write a comma.

So, I reasoned that all I would need to do is add to the Y dimensions that the program generates and this would effectively move the comma to the top and make it an apostrophe.

This is not when happens. Whenever I try to do this, it just seems to make a big circular mess and I don't understand why.

Can anyone explain the correct way to go about this, or would I be better off just adding the apostrophe afterwards and resetting the X and Y to a new zero?

Also, because I doubt that I would ever have the need to use the Spanish inverted question mark, would it be possible to change the program and have the apostrophe instead of the inverted ?  ?
