Hi,
Im currently writing a hole wizard for my screenset that allows to create hole patterns.
I have notices that the toolpath is not very clear when doing just drilling operations. it just shows the vertical feeds and the rapid moves, but it is not easy to spot the drill position that way.
Is there any way to make the toolpath windows show something like a dotted circle at the bottom of the drill or anything that can help represent better the drill toolpath, specially when viewing from the top?
Thanks

Afraid thats not possible as far as I know as the toolpath shows just that, the toolpath. I find rotating the toolpath shows drilling ops nicely but maybe yours are more cluttered than normal so dont show so well.
In Rev 4 the toolpath will be much nicer and during ops there is a crosshair system that actually shows the tool tip as its moving.

I found a way that at least partially solves the problem
I use the block delete feature. I make the wizard generate the code with arc movement to show the drill and then on the run button I enable the block delete
This are the pictures of the drills as shown this way
