Title: getting started with Lazy Turn
Post by: stevep on March 30, 2010, 07:00:28 AM
Hi everyone
I am new to mach 3.  I am trying to use Lazy turn to generate Gcode to run a lathe.  I can inport a GXF file select tool, generate a roughing cuts, finishing cut etc. but can not generate a G code listing at the end.  when I select "post"  a file is created but the file is blank.  Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.

Steve,
GXF? you mean DXF...
Do you have the latest / free version of LazyTurn installed? see the manual for instructions located in Members Docs as it was updated / Rev 7
Section 4.5

Posting code- Section 5.16

Post the DXF file and i will take a look at it .
