Post by: eran_k on February 23, 2010, 03:10:42 PM
Hi All,
My name is Eran end iv'e built a small benchtop router, using an ebay contrller board and mach3.
i just started with setup and noticed that while a program is running, if i move the mouse around the motors speed is increasing.
if i look at the diagnostics screen i see the when i'm not moving the mouse pulse frequency is at ~8k but when i move the mouse constantly the pulse freq. goes to ~25k and the machine works much faster.
 ??? ???

Close Mach and run the driver test and see what it says.

What does the line in the driver test look like?
Press Ctrl Alt Del and look at CPU usage and see what its like when running Mach and especially when moving the mouse.
Does your computer use onboard graphics?
