I recently purchased an X-1 mill from LittleMachineShop.com and it came with Mach3. I purchased it because it comes with (for additional $) a fourth axis rotary device. I'm hoping to drive it from EdgeCAM or MasterCAM and need a post processor. I can probably get one made, but first I need an example of G-code for Mach3 where a 4th axis is being used. My plan is to turn my part slowly on the Z or A axis (are they the same thing, sorta?) and run back and forth along the X axis with a ball mill. Does anyone have a sample file they could send me? dougstuiv@gmail.com
