Title: Can I change kernel in xml?
Post by: rosco on February 01, 2010, 07:54:59 AM
Hello,

Aparently I changed the kernel speed to 100khz in mach3, I shut down and restarted mach3 and it want start in that configuration, it tries to start and just hangs the entier computer, I have to use the power button to shut down and restart. I can use other xml files to start but not that one. i have looked at the xml file, but cant find anything that looks like kernel speed. Can I change it in the xml with an editor?

Thanks,

Matt

Its called PulseSpeed, changing to 0 will put it to 25KHz, 1 is 35KHz, 2 is 34KHz etc etc

Thanks, Hood, you saved my day  :).  I thought I was going to have to recreate my config from scratch.

LOL, should have asked ;)

BTW rosco, not sure what you are using as an editor but  Jason's editor (Zealous) is great for viewing and editing xmls, its in the sticky at the top of this forum.
