Once you have adjusted my Zenbot.

What precision can I get fiberglass milling 1.5 mm with a 1mm drill?
You can make the 0.05mm

Not sure what you are asking?
Do you want to know how accurately you can move to and drill a hole or mill something
with your Zenbot?

La pregunta es la CNC ZENBOT que precision/desviacion tiene real? Por ejemplo al fresar un cuadrado de 4X4 inches cuanto puede variar.

I have a Zenbot and it is accurate consistently up to .004 for my woodworking projects. If you are experiencing problems, there are many factors that could apply. The machine itself is belt driven, so expect it not to be as accurate as a mill with ballscrews. The spindle motor is not pro quality, since it is a standard roto-zip which will have unusually high runout. If your motor tuning configs are right, and gen configs are right, it is a very stable, and consistent little machine. How much is your machine deviating? If we are talking thousandths, how many. If we are talking in tens of thousandths, then your motor tunings are probably off.

If I've managed to adjust the machine, the problem came because I interfered the tool wear, small vibrations of the Dremel and adjusting the stepper motor because of adjustments taken so confusing.

Now I get:
Only by moving the axes an accuracy of 0.05 mm (0.002 inch).
In the piece made of fiberglass 0.1 mm (0.04 inch).
