Screen4 is *very* squirrelly, and has a bad habit of randomly mangling screenset files in a number of ways, many of which are unrecoverable. I'd strongly suggest you instead use MachScreen, which is FAR more stable. At a minimum, if you're going to use Screen4, get used to makeing *frequent* backups.

I, on the other hand, think Screen4 is quite stable and reliable. :) Provided you design a 1024x768 screen on a desktop with at least 1280x1024 resolution.
To fix your problem, go to Defaults > Mach Location and point it to your Mach3 folder.

I love screen4 as well and never have problems with it, maybe the screen4 gods like me ;D

Well they don't like me, But MachScreen loves everyone, even Hood. ;D

But hood doesnt love it ;D
To be honest I just gave it a cursory glance and as it meant I would have to learn it I didnt go further, Screen4 doesnt give me problems and lets me do the screens exactly the way I want so why bother learning something else ;)

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. ;D
Seriously anyone could use MachScreen but if you are happy with screen4 then yeah stay with it

I know the OP has no interest in my screen editing preferences but....... ;D
I have used MachScreen quite a bit since it first arrived on the scene. but still prefer the look and feel of Screen4.
Always found Screen4 to be stable and reliable.
When doing a serious ( ;D ) screen editing session, I will often use both. Each program running on a separate monitor.
They each have their strengths and weaknesses.
