How mach3 can wait extranal input when mach3 finish one line code?

Not sure exactly what you are meaning but maybe single block is what you are looking for?

I want mach3 run one line code , and stop , when have signal input, it's run netx line code.

You can do that with single block, just have an OEM trigger set to imitate the  Start button and every time Mach sees that signal it will do the next line of code.
