I am very interested in the progress being made on a Galil compatible Mach. Can we get a teaser or two?

Anyone else out there going to be using Mach with a Galil when it is operational?

The hardware should be up to Art very soon... I shipped it out before I went to IMTS... Once Art has it we will start back in on it :) (I do still have mine talking to me ).

Hi,

I am in the middle of sourcing components for my 9x30 lathe retrofit. This is
my first experience with such a project so I am pretty ignorant though learning allot.

I am looking to control the x, z axis as well as the c for use with live tooling.
Art says Mach3 can not control the spindle in G Mode with Grex, he is waiting
on a firmware upgrade.

I have been scoping out the Galil videos, hunting for alternate solutions. Anybody
know if this would be possible with Galil.

Thanks,

Jorge

We will know more after we get it running ;)

If that will not work we are also working on a deal with Delta Tau!
