Title: Analog Outputs
Post by: viper1299 on October 22, 2009, 10:19:17 AM
I have a question regarding use of the analog outputs on the G100 to turn on the spindle. I have searched this forum and I have been over the setup guide multiple times and followed the steps to use the analog outputs, but I can't get the spindle to turn on. I do see the light flashing on the diagnostic screen, but, checking with a meter, there's no voltage on the pin (pin 1 analog output). How do I get voltage from the analog outputs? I will be using the voltage out to turn on a solid state relay, which will send power to the router motor. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.

You won't need to use an analog to turn on a ss relay. but if you need to use an analog it its covered in the g100 set up guide.
