Title: Quick question.

I am using mastercam and mach3 to run my operations. But for some reason I keep getting this error message every time I load particular codes. Current point same as end point of arc on line number #.
Can anybody help me out. I have stared at this thing for hours.

John,
Could be a number of things ie; post processor, the arc Gcode used, etc.

I suggest you read the MACH3 Turn Arc Motion Tutorial which is in the Members Docs. Here is the link:

That will give you a good understanding on arc programing.
