Title: estop w/high rebounce still shuts down machine.
Post by: ichikuma on September 03, 2006, 12:04:17 PM
Hi,

I've searched the forum and found several other people who have had the estop issue happening randomly.  I'm having the same issue and I tried increasing the rebounce setting incrementally, 1000, 1500, 2000.  It's still happening so I figured lets go to an extreme, 10000 and then 20000, it's still happening.  Does anyone have any other suggestions I might try to keep the machine running?

I've been running the same programs for the last several month and everything has been fine.  All of a sudden, yesterday it started estopping for no reason at all.

Thanks for any help.

Sound like a bad limit switch, but you could try turning off "Watch dog", "Enhance pulsing" and do a "Adaware" scan.
