Title: Where is this character ?
Post by: Overloaded on September 01, 2009, 12:00:44 PM
Here is a clip from a manual for a servo motor controller.

Below is the character to be entered in the program to command a move to HOME....or ORIGIN.
But....WHERE IN THE HECK IS THE "BAR" THAT THEY MENTION ?
I have a regular ol' keyboard and don't see it anywhere.
Thanks,
RC

Well I'll be dang.....Thanks Gerry !
There is a scratch through it on mine...makes it look like 2 vertical dashes.

Thanks again,
Russ

It's not a scratch. That's how keyboards show it.

Edit: My dell keyboard at work shows it as two lines, but the Microsoft keyboard I'm using now has a single line on it. hmmmm?
