I've come across a small problem with the circular pocket wizard. When generating the wizard and previewing, everything looks fine. When posting, the G-code changes slightly, causing an "uneven" spiral. Attached image captures show the problem. The unevenness causes chip load to vary.
Suggestions?

brian,
Can you post screen shot of the inputs / settings you are using in the Circular Pocket by Brian Barker.
I don't get that.

Simple 3/4" pocket at 0,0. Using a 1/4" tool.
Using newest Mach Version R3.042.029, but was having similar problems with older versions.

brian,
Thanks, now i get the same as you.
Change your % step over from 15 to 50%.
BTW, Your using NF Solutions Wizard and there is an updated version. Not sure if that version did anything with
that particular wizard.

Yes, later versions did fix some circular pocket problems.
Note there is a Change.log file in the folder with the wizards .set file that I try to keep up on any changes I make.

I've upgraded to the newer version, but the problem is still there.
Though the problem only seems to arise at certain % step-overs. %40 and %50 both seem alright.

The wizard applies no intelligence to your choice of stepover, so I guess the only solution is to use values that work to your satisfaction.
