HERE IS WHAT I HAVE AND I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT> PLEASE HELP ME WIRE THESE.

What kind of power supply do you have?
Post some info on the power supply.

Have a friend in the neighborhood that could help?

it is a Single output 24 volt DC  at 6.5 amps, Input voltages 100-120, and 200-240 volts AC.
