Title: Where is the Driver Test Utility located?

Where is the Driver Test Utility located? I've looked around the FTP site, with no luck. I've installed Mach3 and am trying to go through the tuning process. I'm having a problem with the Taig CNC Z axis. A rapid up, fails 2 out of 3 times. I call for 1" move, and the head raises about an 1/8th inch then buzzes. Of course the following downward movement wants to bury the tool into the stock.

In the main Mach3 directory on your hard drive.  Assuming of course you are using Mach3.
