There are a few free programs out that will provide Gcode out of Autocad. How good they are i do not know and also don't know if they address Plasma specifics . Never really tried any of them.
Someone posted a program on this site which they wrote.
Search here, cnc zone, also the web.

I wrote one. I think the link is around here somewhere, but not sure where. It's also at CNC Zone in the AutoCAD forum there. PM me and I'll send you a link.
But it's not specifically for Plasma.

and about the software i mean a simple little software to convert 2D dxf drawings to mach3 g-code...

Didn't get the PM, but here's a link to the macro.
http://home.comcast.net/~cncwoodworker/acad/downloads/ac2gcv043.zip
It'll only work in AutoCAD 2002 or newer. And, it should work with your example.

thanx,
but there's a problem, when i copy and nest myself, there are some free (rapid) lines that need m3 on each of drawing and m5 @ end of each, but ur converter puts one m3 on start and one m5 @ the end of the g-code file ...

Try using Mist or Flood, and then do a find and replace in a text editor to swap the M7's and M9's for M3's and M5's. Check the "Turn off coolant during rapids" box. That might get you close to what you want.
