Title: Unigraphics to mach3 controller issues...

I have the licensed version of Mach3 and I am having problems with the G code. What is happening is when I bring the G code into mach3, I get the part, but I also get a circle to. So, I have a simple 4"x4" square x .75 thich material. When I load it into my configured mach3 controller, I get the square and an offset circle. When I load it into the regular mach3 controller that is automatically downloaded, I dont have the circle, just the square... I dont know if it is the G code from unigraphics causing the problem or what.

This is the controller with just opening the regular mach3. Sort of hard to see in both pics...

This is the configured mach3 controller with a standard configuration - table size, ports and pins for the motors, nothing advanced.

Here is a picture of the cut that I tried to make of a square, you can see where it started to cut the square, then went into a circle, and then I stoped it... its a 4x4 inch sqare...  The rest of the mess was me jogging the controller around making a mess...

General Config page, change the IJ mode and that may clear it up.

I am assuming Mach3 is using I and J for some kind of interpolation in the program creating the circles?... Why does my configured controller do it, but not the one that is downloaded directly? I have not tried to run the program with the regular downloaded mach3...

Check both and you will probably find one has IJ MODE as ABS and the other Inc.

I think I just checked inc, and the circles no longer appear... I think its fixed.
