Title: dell optiplex
Post by: ka1bbg on August 11, 2006, 12:53:36 PM
Hi, i have 3 dell optiplex series 110 115 and 200. the 110 works fine on mach3. the other two appear to have bad parallel ports. i am wundering if these might suffer from low voltage output on the parallel port? previous condition of computers is unknown. ideas anyone? cul brian f.

Do you have a meter that you can check it with?

Hi, yes i do, havent taken time to check. my computer guru suggest it might work on a different interup.
i will probably sometime today test it with a meter. all of the dell p4-1700 and p4-2000 have been tested and run the machine fine. (hobbycnc drives).  thanks for the reply, will keep you posted on the results. cul brian f.
