Title: thinking about mach conversion on my Shizuoka mill, need help

Hi guys, i'm Dan, and i'm new here.
I recently purchased a Shizuoka CNC mill with a bandit level 2 controller. I'd like to possibly ditch it for a mach 3 system. My question is how hard or possible would it be to get this to work with the tool changer, spindle speed adjuster, ect? I'd like it if the machine was fully functionable.

It is certainly possible and its not going to be really simple but also shouldnt be that hard. Depends a lot on what hardware it has now as to what you will have to buy, also how you go about it depends on what you want to spend.
