As a total newbie I just wanted to share my first experience with CNC electronics and of course according to Murphy's law I hooked up my new power supply incorrectly, next thing pop and well you know the rest.
Called John at antek full expecting to have to sell out $$ - to my surprise and delight he shipped me the parts no charge (should get them tomorrow)
Just as an FYI I have never met John nor am I affiliated with Antek - I was impressed with the service and wanted the community to hear it

I also was very impressed with the service from AnTek! John really came thru with follow-up on his product! Upon delivery of my new power supply the outboard rectifier module was damaged during abusive shipping. When I had called AnTek and spoke to John he sent me a new module and a fuse module at NO COST TO ME!
Thats what I call OUTSTANDING service!
