Hello everybody!
I was just about to mill a couple of pcb's when I discover that in the latetest version of Mach, somewhere between 042.20 - 042.26,
the feed rate over ride stop to work after typing something in the MDI input. The red led that normally flash beside the FDO DRO stop to
flash as well and I have to restart Mach to get it work again.
But after downgrading to 042.20 it worked as it should again. Have anybody else got the same problem?
Is there any command to enable or disable the feed rate over ride?
Best regards

Seems to work fine here with 021, will try a later version to see but when exactly does this happen? Is it when you have done a MDI move and then start to run code or is it if you try to use the FRO when doing a MDI?

Just tried with 026 and again it seems fine here.
If you want to attach your xml I will have a look and see if I can find a problem with it.

Hi Hood, after I typing something in the mdi input, moving some axis then I hit ESC to disable
mdi input and to be able to jog normally. After that the FRO led stop to flash and the over ride
doesn't work.

Thanks Hood,
The mill is running for the moment with an older version, I will attache the xml as soon it's
ready with the job.

OK it seems to be the Esc that is causing the problem, dont need to MDI at all just press Esc and FRO wont work. However pressing the Reset seems to bring it back to life here. Will pass this on to Brian just in case he doesnt know about it.

OK, thanks for the help. I'll wait and see what happens.

If you press the Rest on and Off does the FRO start working again?
