Hi, I am using TurboCad, LazyCam, and Mach 3 software with a Zenbot CNC router Mill. The training videos said to setup the Z axis at the top of the slide to zero and the bottum to -4 for the software limits. When I load the G code from LazyCam to the Mach 3 software the code contains Z values greater then Zero and the software limits kick in. How do I deal with problem? One more question, What is a good feedrate for the RotoZip wood bit? Thanks in advance for any feedback received.

Lokey, the values that are tripping the softlimits are probably work coord. and not machine corrd. Try jogging the z down till it just touches the top of the work piece and zero the z axis work cord DRO by clicking the button just to the left of it on the program run screen.
