In November (3.042.018) we got the pause/feedhold LED fixed after such a long
time.
In January (3.042.021) it appears it might be broken again.

I tried it recently and it didn't work for me either.
-
Greg, are you talking about OEM LED 805? I'm testing and trying to help verify. Are you setting the led up as system function "Pause" or useing an oem code?
Brett

Brett
System function "pause"
OEM LED 80 "Pause Active LED"
OEM LED 805 "Pause LED"
OEM LED 111 "Feedhold when part of a block executed - remainder pending LED"
None of these will work for me with Ver 3.042.021
The other thing is that the "Run" LED does not go out when in feedhold either.
As far as I know all the above worked in Ver 3.042.020

Reinstalled Ver 3.042.020 and all work as expected except for OEM LED 80
So despite that Brian says he tested it and it's working. It is not working for me. :)

OK, thanks Greg

Greg, I just tested an exe and it works a treat :) . System function and all 3 leds.
Brett

OK thanks Brett.
That just proves I am doing something silly. :)
Just to confirm, you tested in Ver 3.042.021
Maybe I will do a fresh download of that version and try again.
Greg

No Greg, you were right. I have been testing a new, yet to be released exe and it is fixed up in it.

Glad to know I am not loosing my marbles. ;D
Re down loaded and installed Ver 3.042.021 and they don't work.
Guess I need to stay with the lockdown version.

Glad to know I am not loosing my marbles.
Jury is still out on this one Greg. ;D
I'll post in this thread when the fixed version is ready for download.

Jury is still out on this one Greg. ;D
Not if you ask my missus. It is a well and truly established fact.
Thanks Brett

OK got the latest release candidate.
In the office here it looks to work great. Even better than previous versions.
OEMLED 80 now works.
80 and 111 come on immediately once feedhold is pressed.
Pause and 805 wait until movement has stopped.
I'm off to the shed to install and try it on a machine.
Thanks, Greg

Sorry Chip I don't know what you are showing us.
I am not so familiar with the standard Mach screenset.
Greg
EDIT: Here is a screen grab from my test screenset.

Chip, I haven't seen this yet myself but I think the problem in the one pic with the top and bottom of the led are visible and the sides aren't is a graphics update issue. Not a biggie. If it is what I think chances of that getting looked at are slim to none. The way the buttons work is when you push them they get slightly smaller to give an illusion of physically pushing a button. I have noticed minor quirks with this in the past but there are bigger fish to fry if that is the problem. Try editing the set and make the button over the led slightly smaller and I think that will fix that problem. In the picture where there is no feed hold led or cycle start led I think you pushed the stop button. ;D No really, there are 4 LEDs associated with feed hold and depending on which you have selected, that combonation is possible. The feedhold LED coould light on press or when everything comes to a stand still depending on which led you have selected to use. The start will deactivate as soon as you hit feed hold.
