Hi All,
I am new to anything CNC, so I hope this has a simple solution. I attached a CNC4PC C11 breakout board and a Gecko 251 to a Keling nema 23 stepper. The breakout board has pins 2,3 labeled as x dir/step respectively. When I use the jog commands in Mach 3 the wrong pins fire. Pins 6,7 have the signal on them. I went to config-> ports and pins-> motor outputs and see that the x axis is correctly called out on pins 2,3. I verfied this by putting my meter directly on the parallel cable and it was indeed pins 6,7. I tried changing the pin assignments too. Nothing happened, it stayed on 6,7.
Thanks in advance,
Cameron

You checked to make sure your cable is a straight through cable?
Whe you jog in Mach does the X DRO move?

Sorry everyone, I started pressing buttons at random and found the answer. The button called "Max CL Enabled" was checked. Everything works great now that it's turned off. What is Max CL?

Its a type of control that has dedicated pinouts, mach emulates these pinouts for people with machines with that control hardware so they can use Mach.
