???I am looking for info on AMC Digiflex drives:DX15C08C-GE1, or ending in GE2 and GE3.
What are the differences between the models GE1, GE2, GE3 ??? I called Advanced Motion Controls tech people and they can't release that type of info due to OEM sanctions. I'm hoping somebody out here like a technician or wizard knows something about these drives. Also need info on how to configure without access to a CAN " Control Area Network"

Hi guys. I have the same drives on my 3 axis router. I have a question – what I will need to run my router with Mach. Will I need a motion controller or some type of interconnect board? For now I have just 4 motors with AMC Digiflex drives and nothing else? Please help to the newbie :)

Metalstech here, Mach 3 will run these drives once they are configured to work in step and direction. The drives can run in analogue, +10Vdc -10Vdc also. The web site for these drives is:www.a-m-c.com In order to reconfigure or view the set-up of these drives you will need a CAN to PC interface. I am still trying to figure out the differences between the different models.The break-out board makes it safer and easier to make the connections to your PC. I hope this helps, Metalstech

Thank you for the reply Metalstech. I have plans to use these drives with smooth stepper. Can anybody recommend a motion controller capable to communicate with drives via Can BUS ? I think that this way the speed can be increased dramatically. Thank you guys.
