You should find it in this thread.  http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,5767.10.html  Reply #806 has the latest I think. It is truely beta right now so I don't think there is anywhere else to download it. That thread is also the place to ask questions, give input.

Can we use Mach3 license file to run LazyTurn or it has separate license???

LazyTurn is free for all at this point in time, later on I am not sure.

But when I generate the toolpath..the simulation feature is disabled..:(

You really should read through the thread that Brett gave you and even have a look at the LazyTurn manuals that Rich has started writing for it.

As had been mentioned, this is in early beta stages and is not complete.

You will find info on how to install LazyTurn in section 4.0 / page 5 of 31 of the Lazyturn manual.
Note, that in the manual, the latest posted version was Reply #637  and that is no longer true
as mentioned by Brett.
There is probably 20 different versions of the application file.
Lazyturn can be run independantly in a seperate directory ( which I would recommend).
Follow the manual instructions and let me know if have a problem.
