I just installed the latest Mach version on my computer and have a constant estop error on the zed axis only. I have disabled the limits and everytime I hit a G1. I receive an estop. Talked with Bob Campbell and he suggested I throw out here for some help.

MY first guess would be you have the estop pins and the Z axis pins set the same either the step or direction.
Not knowing your setup makes it hard to guess anything else. Do you have an external estop button setup??? Does you r wiring for the Z drives come close to the estop wires(noise). Is your system properly sheilded/grounded???

No I check the pin step ups and they are correct. It does have an estop button but It is far enough away not to cause a problem. It is the power supply that Bob Campbell makes. Thanks though

Ok to confirm what is happening, you can reset and all is well until you jog the Z axis and when you do that the Reset flashes?
Is that correct?
Try setting the debounce Interval to 2000 and see if that helps.
Also I have noticed that you have Enhanced pulseing disabled, best with that enabled on 99.9% of systems.
Both of these can be found from Config menu then General Config.

I'll try now. Thanks

That was the problem. It is running a test program now. I'll let you know when it finishes.
Many thanks

If it was the debounce, try reducing it until you have problems again then bump up slightly.
