Title: Abnormal Condition 5166

I was in the middle of a run and the y servo motor on the right side quit and ruined my project. I'm using Mach 3 and have an error code in Mach 3 that says "abnormal condition 5166".  When I switch cables from the right and left motors the right side works, so the motor does work. I've checked all connections and they seem good.

Can anyone tell me what that 5166 means?
