Title: shift key

is it possible to lose the use of the shift key in mach3  when i use the arrows keys it feeds ok when i try to use shift + the arrows the lathe does not move any faster thank you in advance

In Mill the shift will only work if you have a slow jog rate set, so I presume lathe will be the same. If you dont have this set then the arrows will move at full jog and pressing shift will make no difference, if you have a slow jog rate set then arrows will jog at the slow speed and shift + arrows will jog at 100%

you solved part of my problem and i found the other part if you tap your key 5 times in a row window's  , window's removes the association with other keys like the control key alt key and the shift key you must press shift key 5 more times to receive the window's box and you have to tell it you want to restore the association to the keys mentionned in the above
