Title: Quadrature motor outputs

We could benefit from a quadrature output option rather than step/direction.  I've seen the post on the MaxNC output, but the I/O configuration of that setup doesn't meet our needs.  How much work would be involved to make that an option for each motor output?

This option is avalable in the Smoothstepper :) So if you would like to have the Quadriture output please look at www.warp9td.com
