Title: Identify this control.
Post by: Overloaded on July 21, 2008, 12:51:23 PM
I have a very poor photo and no response from the seller yet.
Does anyone out there recognize this CNC control ?
It is on a rig that I may pick up to do a M3 conversion on.

It looks very much like a Fanuc 6 but the wording is all wrong, the wording looks siemans.

Have you a link or a better picture.

Graham.

It actually is a series 6 by general numeric the Series 6 was a joint venture with Siemens/Fanuc and could be sold either way. In a previous life I worked on the Siemens 6M back in Europe.  BTW it could be sold with or without CRT (version1 / version 2)

Hope that clears it up

 Mark,
I didn't look into it any further and I am certain that it is sold now.
At least now I know what it was.
Thanks again,
