Title: LazyCam won't load
Post by: BobsShop on May 30, 2006, 12:35:10 AM
???  I have downloaded and installed Mach3 ver 1.9.  I can see LC in the files menu, but nothing happens when I click on it.  Version 1.9 was installed and I rebooted my computer after installation.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks

Can you see the LazyCam.EXE in the mach3 directory?

Hi,

If it's Mach3D1.90.040 there's a file you need,  it's glut32.dll

I Attached it below.

Download/copy  it to your Mach3 Folder,  Mach3D1,90.040 folder where the lazycam and Mach
Icon's are that's the file you need.

Hope this helps, Chip

Thanks for the quick response.  Yes, I am running Mach Version D1.90.040.  I downloaded the glut32 file provided by afn09556 and was able to get into LazyCam.  I am still confused by afn09556's last response that said there was a newer version of Mach3D1.90.040 because my version was downloaded only yesterday.

Anyway, thanks for the response.  Looking forward to future revisions of LazyCam and Mach3.

BobsShop will now go back to making some chips.

Thank's Chip

Hi, Brian

Thank's for the reply this is going to be really nice.

I forgot to mention on the G-code files I've been generating in LasyCam the M3's have been listing in the code right after the M5, The M3 should be some 2 lines further down before the Z down to start the next object cut.

I've got Mach3D190.040 running on our IR Waterjet Cutter seem's to be working very nice.

Thank's Chip

Hi, Brian

Hear is a DXF file and Gcode file generated by LazyCam line N5 the G0 and N9  X62.1030 Y49.1478  are  missing.

The old LasyCam gererates it properly.

Thanks, chip

Hi, Brian

Thank's for fast reply, The old LC generated line N9 that way seem's more consistent.

I now its redundent, but displays G02 more typical structure.

Have you got a LC D Ver./ Bata you could send me.

Thank's Chip

There will be a new rev in you mail to test in the next day or so... I have a bunch of the code ripped up at that moment. (Fixing more bugs)

Thank you
