Title: read only DRO's

I have a couple of DRO's which I don't want to change on screen. they are computed values which are stored in persistant register's. Options for DRO readouts are in place, keypad .... and Read ONLY.
The Read only option does nothing as far as I can tell. It  seems the user can edit that DRO and cause the calculated value to change. Am I misunderstanding the meaning of Read Only?

Under the properties, uncheck the "Enabled" check box.  This will prohibit you from being able to alter the DRO manually.

Thank you. That's what I needed. Wonder what Read-Only is supposed todo then.

I have no issues with the read only setting here…
