I'm configuring my Integra finally and don't see the pin mapping from the 7737 board to Mach4 anywhere. I see the regular J7 mapping and a list of 7737 pin functions but no mapping to Mach4 pins. Where can I find a list for this?
Thanks,
Mike

which signals are you trying to map?

I'm trying to map pretty much all the signals in the 7737 functions screenshot.

Please look at the user guide for Integra:
in the user guide page 21
J7 Port#12 Digital I/O (16 Inputs, 8 Outputs)
so use P12 in mach4 control for I/O mapping
Page 12 shows all the I/O you can map on J7 regardless 7737 is plugged in or not.
https://www.vitalsystem.com/motion/hicon/hicon_integra/manuals/Integra_Guide_7800_Series.pdf (https://www.vitalsystem.com/motion/hicon/hicon_integra/manuals/Integra_Guide_7800_Series.pdf)
if you recently bought 7737, the I/O mapping is removed for the 8pin green plug on 7737. For older units it is possible.
Also look at the 7737 User manual:
https://www.vitalsystem.com/breakout_board/7737v3_wiring.pdf (https://www.vitalsystem.com/breakout_board/7737v3_wiring.pdf)
you will find that
For encoders on J7/7737 starts from channel 3 to 6. no mapping required.
For stepper channels, it is 0 to 3. no mapping required
you need to enable J7 Step/Dir option in the vsiDeviceManager if you want to use the RJ45 plugs for step/dir instead of using the green plugs on Integra to connect stepper drivers. See page 4 or 5.

Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I was thinking it was a different mapping with the 7737.

I was over thinking things it looks like too. I didn't realize I didn't have to pin map the motors.
