Title: THC module on plasma
Post by: Greekart on January 20, 2024, 04:13:25 PM: Hi, is anyone use the module of THC in Mach4??

Can't find any useful info about that to fix my problems..
How i can say to mach4 that now i want to listen to thc (Input up/Input Down), without M03. Is a registry about that?

The problem is when i use M03, the movements of ohmic and torch on/off is erratic, after probe move is stuck, after probe not go to pierce height e.t.c.
If i cut without M03, is working great but no THC.
I have pokeys57cnc with plasmasens and i try with external THC too, same problems.

Thanks for your help but i don't see it at downloads, the last one show the one i use. I have hobby Mach4.. maybe for that :) ??

Hi, unfortunately i can't get rid the problems. I try a lot of development version's, I can't find information about new settings it have and now i can't start moving after arc ok signal..

You know anyway to bypass the mach4 thc module?

I think M03 and the THC module might conflict with each other. You can check to see if there are any settings in the Mach4 configuration related to THC behavior and M03 usage.
