Title: Mach3 Pokeys57cnc Problem with THC input

Hey community,
I finally finished building my CNC plasma cutter and made the first test cuts. all cuts works fine but then the Torch light up and dosen't move anymore. The Proma THC Controller say Arc-Ok but in Mach 3 it only show THC UP is Triggered. I  Stop the Program and Shut the Controller and Mach 3 down. After restart Mach 3 Always Show THC-UP is triggered. I try to change the input pins in my Pokeys Setup but dosen't show any affect. I disconnect the Proma THC from the Highspeed Encoder also dosen't show any affect. I try to search the internet for a problem like this but I don't find any issue like this. Maybe someone here can help me.

CNC Controller: Pokeys57cnc
THC: Proma-THC-150

Have you got good earth's?

Is the PoKeys in a steel earthed box?

My Controller and Stepperdriver are in a Plastic Suitcase. I made it for mobile use. The Earths should be okay.

Wrap the suitcase in aluminium foil and earth it to the machine and try again.

Okay i give it a try the next days. I'll let you know if it worked.
