Title: Spindle started to go to max speed when program starts

Hi all,
recently when starting a cut, the spindle goes to max speed on it,s own uncontrolably. This is new and was ok before.
I have Mach3 sending the spindle speed signal to my VFD automatically. When I measure the voltage sent by Mach to the VFD I get 10 volts (max voltage).
All I can do on the Mach3 screen is start or stop the spindle, all other function won,t work ie: I can set a speed but the spindle stays at max speed (24,000)
I tried to calibrate the spindle using the Function cfg,g but nothing works there.
I connected the pot on the VFD and I,m able to control the speed but I would like to go back to controlling the spindle using inputs from Mach3.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

Check you have the correct pulley selected and it has the correct values.
