maching was put
machine was put down working for 3 months start up this morning everything works except motors
check configuration every thing correct when i power up i dont get that thump sound when the power is applied
to motors. Mach 3 dro moves seem like no power is getting to motors

does anyone have any ideas thanks Paul

The "thump" is normally expected when the DC power is applied to a G203V driver and associated motor.
Try turning the motor without power turned on and also after power turned on.
If they feel the same, it is likely that DC power is not getting to the G203V.
If the motor becomes much more difficult to turn by hand after power is turned on, then the driver is likely OK and your Step and Direction signals are not getting to the driver.

I have had this issue in the past, but probably not the same root cause. I have found that after time either the controller board gets scrambled, the driver, or the software. A full hard shutdown of the controller, computer (software), power, etc. Cleared it up. Also maybe a directional signal broken wire? You were running ok, shut down, then after startup nothing moves?
