Title: THC Cut Start Settings - What GCode to use?

Hi - Please forgive me - I've search all the documentation but I cant find this -  I assume that my GCode should trigger the THC CutStartSettings to Take effect?  How should the gcode look at every new segment to be cut? 

I could manually program the G31 probe, The Offset, The Pierce height and cut height - But I guess the reason for the THC Cut Start Settings is to make this easy?  Like a macro i guess?  How do I start this macro in GCODE?
