Title: Rotary 4th Axis programming
Post by: Sobodad on September 16, 2022, 09:48:01 PM
Hey guys, I am having some issues with rotary projects.

Currently I am using Aspire for my most of my rotary design work and it has been working great, up to a point.
I would like to do figurines, statues etc, that have undercuts which could be easily done with 4 Axis machines, but the issue is that Aspire will not do all, X,Y,Z,A axis in a design and instead swaps out X or Y for the A axis.

I know Mach3 will allow my CNC all 4 Axis to be controlled individually, but I cannot find a program to code XYZA together for the models I want to machine.

Just wondering what programs people are using that will allow programming all 4 Axis with Rotary designs ?
