I am working with a new HiCON Integra 7866 and I am struggling to get Mach4 to connect with it. When I open VSI Device Manager, it recognizes and finds the HiCON, but when I open Mach4, I get the error message saying "No HiCON Controller Found". I have tried power cycling the HiCON and restarting Mach4 and neither seem to have worked. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have an idea on how to fix it?

I have a 7766... same issue. I called Vital Systems and they remote controlled my laptop and updated all the firmware and such in the 7766, and it worked. These guys are the best, give 'em a call...

Do you know the email of the person that helped you by any chance?

no, just call 'em

I have called them and had a couple remote sessions, too, but the person helping me couldn't figure it out. I was hoping maybe a fresh set of eyes would be helpful.
