Title: multiple depth cuts

what do I need to do to make the Shapeoko cut multiple depths?  I want to cut 3/4" plywood with 1/4" bit in 2 passes.  I have tried saying the bit will only cut 3/8" at a  time, but the tool path shows cutting the plywood in one pass.  What do I need to change?

What CAM package are you using?

I am using Carbide Create and Carbide Motion.

So this is a Mach3 support forum so I doubt people will be familiar with those.  Mach3 is more or less the same as Carbide Motion I think.  Do they not have a similar support forum?
